Packaging was great with gifts & a personal hand written thank you card. I was very impressed & just looking at the wig I knew it was giving just what i was hoping for. True to length, soft & full. This is luxurious hair for sure. This was my first purchase, but certainly will not be my last. BUY the wig sis!!
