But custom instructions were not followed, if it came with heavy layers it would be perfect. Still 😍

Hiiiii love! We're happy to hear you love your wig! We did notice your note about the custom request. Just to clarify, the option selected included light face framing layers, which is the only layering choice available with this style.
Heavy layering requires at least 4 bundles to maintain the fullness and density of the wig. Since your unit was made with 3 bundles, heavier layers would have compromised the overall look and volume.
If you’re ever interested in going for a fuller, heavily layered look in the future, feel free to reach out via text or email and we’ll gladly create a custom quote with 4 bundles just for you!

love the wig & quality! the only thing i would change is adding clips or removable clips to help secure the wig better. definitely would recommend & will be ordering again!
